			<description>The campus parking situation is forcing some students to park in unauthorized places increasing the number of parking citations.&lt;br /&gt;
The student body is growing and so is the demand for more parking spaces.  Currently the decommissioning of the parking lot beside R Building has reduced the number of parking spaces on campus.</description>

This is a movie based on a graphic novel, very much like Sin City, except where the film version of Sin City did the graphic novel justice, this did the exact opposite.  It was a ruination of the graphic novel.</description>
